The purpose of the Policies and Procedures is to provide a consistent guidelines for Event Holders and users and to provide a safe and quality experience while using a Douglas County Facility. These policies and procedures are in compliance with Douglas County Resolution R-013-153 as adopted on May 9, 2023.
