Report a Dead or Diseased Animal

The Douglas County Health Department now has a single online form for you to report animal encounters, illnesses, and outbreaks. Complete the form if you or a pet experience the following:

If any humans or domestic pets have had contact with a sick or dead animal, complete the form or contact the Health Department at 720-643-2400. You do not need to report dead animals that were involved in vehicle accidents.
