Project Update

This project bids on December 2, 2025.  Work is expected to start in summer of 2026.

Phase 3 of the asphalt paving on Furrow Road continues in 2026.  Phase 3 extends from Estates Circle to Lorraine Road.

Schedule

Work will be complete in phases – the first phase consists of preparing the road for paving, including grading, stabilization, and culvert inspection and repair.  This prep work will be performed by Public Works Operations crews.  The second phase will consist of paving the main roadway by the County’s Asphalt Overlay Contractor.  The final phase includes shouldering, performed by Public Works Operations crews.
