Project Update

Starting April 15, 2024, Chatos Concrete (Contractor) will resume the removal and replacement of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA Ramps throughout the Hearth neighborhood finishing work on Towerbridge Road, and completing additional sidewalk repairs within Glengate Circle, Valleybrook Circle, and Shadowbrook Circle. Traffic impacts will be minimal.

Description

Sidewalk Repairs in the Hearth neighborhood (within Highlands Ranch) began in the fall of 2023 along Towerbridge Road and the surrounding streets. Starting on April 15, 2024 (weather dependent), Chatos Concrete (Contractor) will resume with the sidewalk repairs on the remaining streets, and this part of the project will be completed within approximately 40 calendar days.

Asphalt Overlay of the neighborhood streets will begin on June 6, 2024, with an anticipated project duration of approximately 30 calendar days.
