Project Update

This project was completed on Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025. The road is now open, but there will be some punch list and minor contract work remaining. This will not have any major traffic impacts. Construction on the Hess Road over Wildlife Crossing Project started on September 2, 2025.

Description

This Project rehabilitates portions of the existing bridge that carries Hess Road over a Wildlife crossing. The project includes the removal of portions of the existing structure, asphalt milling, sawing and sealing of bridge joints, waterproofing membrane, hot mix asphalt placement, concrete pavement repair work adjacent to the bridge structure, erosion control, traffic control, and other related items.
