Planning/Design
The Country Club LID (Group 10 LID) consists of 4 lots in Perry Park. See the PPWSD Potential LIDs For Currently Unbuildable Parcels map and search for Group 10 for the specific location. This LID was created in September of 2025. Proposed improvements include roadways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, and gas and electric mains.
