2017 Pavement Management Projects

The following is a list of 2017 projects (Contracted Maintenance of Condition) that are now complete.  Should you have additional questions, please send them to the email listed for each project.

  • 2017 Sidewalk Repair and Handicap Retrofit Project
    The 2017 Sidewalk Repair and Handicap Retrofit Project consists of curb, gutter and sidewalk repairs, curb ramp retrofits, and traffic control at various locations throughout Douglas County. Construction is scheduled to begin in March and run through July. The project will repair 20,000 feet of curb and gutter, 25,000 feet of sidewalk, and 725 ramps.  If you have any questions please contact Keith Burke at SidewalkRepair@douglas.co.us
  • 2017 Surface Treatment Project
    The 2017 Surface Treatment Project consists of crack sealing, slurry sealing, chip sealing, and cape sealing at various locations throughout Douglas County.  Crack sealing will occur in the spring and fall; slurry sealing, chip sealing, and cape sealing will be done between Memorial Day and Labor Day.  64 miles of streets will be seal coated as part of this project.  If you have any questions please contact Brian Schultz at SurfaceTreatment@douglas.co.us
  • 2017 Concrete Pavement Repair Project
    The 2017 Concrete Pavement Repair Project consists of concrete panel replacement on Oswego Street from Lincoln Avenue to Meridian Boulevard, and on Lansing Circle from Meridian Boulevard (West) to Meridian Boulevard (East); and concrete pavement joint sealing on Fairview Parkway from Summit View Parkway to Highlands Ranch Parkway.  Work includes pavement marking and traffic control.  Construction is scheduled to begin in March and be completed in June.  If you have any questions please contact Brian Schultz at ConcPavementRepair@douglas.co.us
  • 2017 Asphalt Overlay Project
    The 2017 Asphalt Overlay Project consists of asphalt resurfacing, pavement marking and traffic control in various locations throughout Douglas County.  Construction is scheduled to begin in July and run through September.  27 miles of streets will be resurfacing as part of this project.  If you have any questions please contact Keith Burke at AsphaltOverlay@douglas.co.us
