Douglas County Special Election June 24, 2025

The Douglas County Special Election ballot deadline is 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Your ballot must be received by mail, placed in a ballot drop box, or you must be in line at a ballot drop box or VSPC location no later than the close of polls at 7 p.m. on Election Day for your ballot to count. A postmark of June 24 is not valid as the received date.

If you’re ready to drop off your voted ballot and do not need staff assistance, simply deliver your ballot to one of the 21 convenient ballot drop boxes located throughout Douglas County by 7 p.m. on Election Day.

If you need to register to vote, update your voter registration, replace a mail ballot, vote in person, or use an ADA-accessible voting machine, there are three Voter Service and Polling Centers (VSPC) in Douglas County available to assist you from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on June 23, and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, June 24.

Unofficial election results will be posted on DouglasVotes.com beginning after 7 p.m. on Election Day, June 24.
