Anticipated completion will be 90 days following the start date.

Description

The County Road 105 Bridge Rehabilitation over Oakland School Gulch Project consists of rehabilitating approximately 153 feet of a bridge structure and roadway crossing over Oakland School Gulch. Douglas County maintains this section of roadway, also known as N. Perry Park Rd, and is south of Wolfensberger Rd in Sedalia, CO. Anything north of Wolfensberger Rd is known as Colorado 105, which is a CDOT maintained roadway. The project includes removing portions of the present structure, asphalt milling, joint sealant, waterproofing membrane, hot mix asphalt placement, concrete patching, erosion control, traffic control, as well as other items.
