Project Update

Bannock Drive

  • Roadway construction is complete.
  • Gas main installation work is complete.
  • Electric main conduit installation work (CORE) is complete.
  • Building permits can now be obtained and electric and gas service requested from the respective utilities.
  • Additional grading and reseeding will be performed this spring.

Description

The Sageport 2018 Local Improvement District (Poncho Road) & Bannock 2019 Local Improvement District Project include the construction of two new roads in Sageport and Perry Park, including new utilities and pavement on Poncho Road in Sageport, and on a portion of Bannock Drive east of Cheyenne Drive in Perry Park.
