Chatos Concrete (Contractor) started sidewalk repairs earlier than expected on March 30, 2024, on the residential streets surrounding Hopsage Circle near the Two Bridges Open Space area in Franktown, CO. The streets include Hopsage Circle, Arnica Way, and Red Primrose Street.
Asphalt Overlay (Brannan Sand & Gravel (Contractor)) will begin asphalt overlay on the same streets listed above sometime after July 1, 2024 (TBD), with anticipated completion within 15 calendar days from the notice to proceed date.
