March 21 – Effective immediately, the Board of Douglas County Commissioners (BCC) will hold their regularly scheduled public meetings remotely via Webex teleconferencing. You may listen to the Webex meetings via computer or phone. Please note the links, phone number, and access codes will change for each meeting. This webpage will be updated with the newest information the Friday prior to the meeting.
**To submit public comment and/or exhibits for a meeting, please send them, in advance, to [email protected] for the BCC with a subject line indicating what agenda item the comment is intended to address. This information will be relayed by staff if received prior to the end of the public comment period for the relevant decision. During meetings anyone attending via Webex may also “raise a hand” virtually during the appropriate public comment period and will be given an opportunity to give audio testimony on that particular issue.

Business Meetings, Land Use Meetings and Public Hearings are live-streamed for your convenience and are held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 1:30 and 2:30 respectively in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room, 100 Third Street in Castle Rock. The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners also holds regular weekly Work Sessions to further its work on Policies and its Job Products. These Work Sessions (except for Executive Sessions) are open to the public. The times of these noticed meetings may be altered, canceled or rescheduled.
The County Commissioners also act as the Liquor License Authority for unincorporated areas of Douglas County. The County does not have jurisdiction over liquor licenses within incorporated towns or cities, including Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Larkspur and Lone Tree. After local review and approval, the applications are forwarded to the State of Colorado Department of Revenue for approval.
