Board of County Commissioners Policy Manual

To further its accountability to the citizens and taxpayers of Douglas County, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC, Board) adheres to the principles of governance outlined in the Board’s Policy Manual.  The Board of County Commissioners Policy Manual includes County Goals Policy; Government Process Policy; Management Limitation Policy; and the Board of County Commissioners-County Manager Delegation Policy.  To view, Douglas County’s Non-Discrimination Policies click here.
