4 p.m. Wednesday, June 11: Older Adult Resources

You’ve told us how we can help older adults age well in Douglas County. Learn about new resources that will soon be available, thanks to your feedback. A Resource Fair will take place in person from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 100 Third St. in Castle Rock. The Resource Fair will be followed immediately by a Live Town Hall.

6 p.m. Tuesday, June 17: Home Rule Q&A

Your Board of Douglas County Commissioners held a public meeting in March to adopt a resolution to transition from a statutory form of government to a Home Rule County Charter. This resolution set in motion a nine-step process, including a special election on June 24.
